Directed by: Charles B. Pierce
Synopsis: Loosely based on true events. A hooded killer terrorizes the town of Texarkana, Arkansas, in 1946
Purr Blur: In one scene the police rush to an alley at nighttime where a woman is screaming about seeing something in the bushes. A moment later a trash can falls over and a white cat rushes out with a poor cat screech in a classic Spring-Loaded Cat moment.

Final Mewsings: How did the cat get in the garbage can in the first place?
