Synopsis: In this British crime drama, American journalist John Desmond (Larry Parks) becomes involved with secret agent Anna Ray (Lisa Daniely) and when he comes into possession of her list of contacts he finds himself targeted by a criminal gang who want the valuable information for themselves.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Realising there is something at Anna’s that could lead to him being identified, John return to the scene to retrieve it. He enters the building, but then has to hide in an alcove as a man comes comes out of his room. John watches as the man leads a white fluffy cat on a long strip of ribbon up a short flight of stairs and across a landing to the exit.
