Synopsis: The quiet, unassuming Caribbean island of Cascara becomes the focus of the world when an American film crew accidentally discovers a spring of Perrier water.
Cat Burglars (Scene Stealers): The island prepares for a visit from the British government and two men uncover Baxter’s (Michael Caine) old official car. As they pull back the tarp they reveal a mama cat and her kittens.
Final Mewsings: Cats don’t like being disturbed for government matters.
