Synopsis: Joe (Joaquin Phoenix) is a traumatized war veteran who gets caught up in a complicated situation when asked to rescue the daughter of a politician from a sex ring.
Kitty Cameo: After things go awry, Joe goes to the home of his partner John (John Doman) to wait for him. He strokes a longhair torbie cat while sitting on John’s couch. Softly he asks the cat, “Where’s your papa?”
When the cat jumps down and goes into the kitchen blood can be seen on the floor by the cat’s bowls.
Final Mewsings: A cat won’t tell anyone if you were here or not.
