Synopsis: Agents of the Egyptian Narcotics Bureau, Colonel Yussef Bey (Eric Portman) and his right-hand man Lieutenant Mourad (Laurence Harvey), clamp down on global hashish smuggling in and around the Suez.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Colonel Bey keeps a tabby kitten in his office which is first seen when he reaches down under his desk and gently lifts it up as he talks to someone across the desk.
