Synopsis: This film covers the events which led to the crucifixion of Christ through the eyes of the Procurator of Judea, Pontius Pilate (Jean Marais).
Purr Blur: After arriving in Palestine to a tumultuous welcome, Pontius is seated in a courtyard with his men. For some reason, a Siamese kitten is sitting on the edge of a fountain and remains in place during a brief shot.
Final Mewsings: Cats make the best ornamentation.
