Directed by: A. Barr-Smith
Synopsis: Semi-documentary style featurette about a cinema organist called Sinclair (Anthony Baird) who murders an usherette and leaves her dismembered remains in a trunk at London’s Victoria Station. The News of the World newspaper promotes a search to bring the murderer to justice.
Kitty Cameo: As Sinclair wanders the bombed-out streets of post-war London he approaches a tuxedo cat walking along a low wall.

The cat accommodatingly stops and allows Sinclair to stroke it before carrying on along the wall.

Where it sits down again and watches Sinclair depart.

Final Mewsings: Cats are willing to wait for scritches.
Many thanks to RobG for also spotting the cat in this film.
