Synopsis: A tiny elephant arrives in a big city with a cargo shipment of bananas and proceeds to cause pandemonium.

Cartoon Cat: At one point the elephant finds his way into a circus where a brown tabby cat is chasing a mouse.

The mouse ducks into a tent and the cat follows.

The cat emerges triumphantly with what he or she thinks is the mouse but is, in fact, the elephant.

It isn’t until the elephant trumpets that the cat reacts, turning into a monkey.

Even funnier is later in the short a newspaper headline appears on screen reading, “Picayune Pachyderm Panics Populace,” and a smaller headline below begins with, “Circus Cat Goes Insane.”

Final Mewsings: Cats can catch miniature elephants but they find them tough to eat.
