Synopsis: A young woman (Lil Dagover) confronts Death (Bernhard Goetzke) when he takes her love away.

Kitty Cameos: The couple stop at an inn when when the woman goes into the kitchen. She spots two longhair white cats on the floor along with a longhair white kitten and a puppy.

The woman runs to the cats and starts playing with them.

The cook picks up the puppy and shows it to the woman.

Taking the puppy in her arms, the woman asks the cook to set one of the cats on her shoulder.

With the cat on her shoulder and the puppy in her arms, the woman walks back out to the dining room to show her fiancé. But the man is now missing.

She walks over to the table where he was sitting and sets down the puppy and cat.
