Synopsis: A clever short film in which an on-again off-again couple, Tabitha (Sam Howard) and Stephen (Ben Johnson), share a confusing conversation made more so by their recent time apart as well as the lack of continuity in the short’s editing.

Cat Cattle Call: One of the surprising changes awaiting Tabitha when she returns home is the fact that Stephen has started taking in stray and abandoned cats and even has plans to expand their place into a full-blown cat shelter.

Stephen explains that he has renamed all the cats and introduces them as Steve Lombardozzi, Mark Lemke, Ricky Weeks, Jamey Carroll, Craig Counsel, Lou Merloni and Carlos Baerga, all baseball players. “So you have a baseball team now?” Tabitha asks. “Only second basemen,” Stephen clarifies.

There are so many cats that Stephen and Tabitha are not even sure which cat is their own ginger tabby named Patty.

The cat actors who appear in this film are named Juice, Buffy, Paloma, Sita, Guillermo, Jack, Alex, Gracie, Turtle and Fritz and they definitely steal many of their scenes!
