Synopsis: Fact-based French film depicting the 9-year hunt for ruthless gangster Emile Buisson after his escape from prison in 1947.

Purr Blur: Bored and hungry on a fruitless night-time stakeout one of the cops takes out his frustration on a cat sat at his feet (occupied by something — doubtless food!) which he roughly kicks away complete with poor cat screech.

Final Mewsings: It isn’t nice to flick a cat with your foot!
