Synopsis: Four teenage girls seek independence, love and fun in the San Fernando Valley.

Kitty Cameo: The girls are all sleeping over at Jeanie’s (Jodie Foster) house when the film begins. The radio alarm turns on and a brown tabby cat reacts to the loud morning radio program.

The cat leaps over Madge (Marilyn Kagan) to the floor.

As Jeanie gets up, the cat’s tail is seen behind the bed. The cat never appears again.

Final Mewsings: The small brown cat jumped over the sleeping fox!
