Synopsis: Young Victor Frankenstein (Barret Oliver) is distraught after losing his beloved pet dog Sparky and sets out to resurrect him.

Cat Cartoon: Shots of a pet cemetery are included in the opening credits, including one which reads “Goodbye Kitty”.

Kitty Cameo: On the night of the big experiment, Victor’s neighbor, Mr. Chambers (Joseph Maher) is begrudgingly putting out an unnamed longhair white cat. “Why must I be the one to put the cat out?” he grumbles.

After tossing the cat down he says nastily, “I hope you run into a ten foot mouse!”

The cat does not appear again in this short but a longhair white cat plays a more prominent role in the full-length stop motion animated feature we will review tomorrow.
