Climbing onto a ball, Chester walks the tightrope. This is apparently so easy for him he even yawns while standing on his tail on the ball.

A rude parrot has been shouting at all of the acts and starts to bark like a dog, which scares Chester into falling, creating a hole in the ground where he lands.

Thankfully Chester doesn’t appear to suffer any injuries, as he is in the final act with many of the other performers. The parrot manages to ruin this act as well, running right at the group as they lose their balance.

Chester appeared in a solo cartoon called The House-Cat (1948) as part of the Animaland series of British-made shorts.
