Reality Cat: The woman, location and name of the cat are unknown, but this woman has rigged her backpack with a board on the bottom and a snug wrap that holds the kitten in place so it can accompany her on her travels.

The woman is then shown sitting down and pouring something from a thermos into the lid cup for the kitten to drink.
