Synopsis: A group of people persecuted by local police flee into the Amazon jungle in an attempt to escape.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): One of the men who is eventually arrested by the police is an adventurer named Shark (Georges Marchal). He is directed to a home where he can get some sleep. When he finds no one home he lets himself in and makes himself comfortable. A white cat comes through the doorway and then enters the room.

Moments later Shark throws a boot at the poor cat for no apparent reason. Fortunately the boot misses but the cat is not seen again.
