Synopsis: Based on the comic strip by Winsor McCay. A boy named Nemo with vivid dreams journeys via his bed to Slumberland which, thanks to Nemo breaking a promise, is soon threatened by an invasion of nightmares.

Cartoon Cat: As Nemo begins dreaming and takes off on his flying bed around the city, a black cat is sitting on a garbage can.

Reacting to the sight of the flying bed, the cat bristles before turning around and running with a Poor Cat Screech.

Final Mewsings: Cats are easily frightened by little boys’ dreams.
