Synopsis: A fascinating look into the world of the rare book sellers of New York.
Kitty Cameos: Cats and books so often go together and this documentary is no exception. We are treated to a few quick shots of cats. First up is a calico cat owned by book seller David Bergman. The cat is seen in his apartment as he is talking on the phone.
A photograph of a gray and white cat named Linda who used to live at the Skyline Books is shown.
A gray cat is seen in the apartment of an elderly woman as Adam Weinberger is looking through her late husband’s collection.
Justin Schiller shows off a music box with stuffed animated creatures which could be kittens, but we’re not positive.
There is a cat included on a cover which includes caricatures of Shiller and his business partner drawn by Maurice Sendak.
