What You Eat, You Are (1970)

Directed by: Tom Shirk

Kitty Cameo: Most of the film covers what constitutes healthy food and the proper way to prepare it. The last part of the film moves into health issues, mostly regarding cleanliness. A sleeping tabby cat is shown on a floor as the narrator explains, “Pets should be kept away from food storage areas as well as from cooking and eating areas. This is because pets carry dirt on their fur and some of this dirt may have worm eggs or germs of other diseases in it.”
