by Linda Kay
Directed by: Bill D’Elia
Synopsis: In this made for TV movie, intended as a launching pad for a series, Kenn (Julian Sands), a humanoid cyborg from the future, travels back in time to modern day Earth in an attempt to save mankind aided by the confused but willing computer expert Jonathan Driscoll (Giancarlo Esposito).
Kitty Cameos: During a car chase in which the pair are trying to evade police, Kenn crashes the car into a wall, scattering and exploding numerous trash cans. Jonathan is thrown clear and watches as three alley cats scurry away from the scene.

One ginger tabby runs right over him while a white cat skirts around behind.

Much to Jonathan’s surprise, the ginger tabby pauses and then morphs into Kenn via some then state-of-the-art but now woefully bad special effects.

Final Mewsings: If we could change into a cat we’d never change back!
