Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!

Synopsis: A black cat follows an illuminated butterfly at night.

Cartoon Cat: At the beginning of the animated short a butterfly circles a lamp before flying down to brush the ear of a sleeping black cat.

The cat wakes up and playfully rolls over before stretching and following the butterfly.

The cat stalks the butterfly, distracted for a moment by its own reflection in a mirror.

At one point it looks like the cat catches the butterfly but it escapes.

The cat then leaps onto a table in front of a restaurant and slides off.

The ending of the short is open to interpretation. We will let you decide for yourself what it means. But what is clear is this group of animation students at Creative Seeds did a wonderful job in capturing the mannerisms of the cat and bringing the kitty to life.
