Synopsis: After realizing that his discovery of Flubber isn’t going to bring in money to save the college, Professor Ned Brainard (Fred MacMurray) embarks on new experiments with variations of the substance.

Cat Cattle Call: Professor Brainard attempts to use Flubbergas to change the weather. During one test, he aims his gas gun at a cloud and ramps up the power but sees no effect. He doesn’t realize that his action is breaking glass all over town. Milkman Mr. Hummel (William Demarest) sees what is happening and tries move his milk truck to get it out of the way but it won’t start. As a result all the bottles in his truck break and milk spills out into the street. A group of hungry cats appear out of nowhere and start lapping up the milk.
