Synopsis: This made-for-TV film examines Winston Churchill (Albert Finney) and his struggle for significance in the years leading up to World War II.

Purr Blur: In one scene an orange and white cat is standing on a desk behind Churchill in his home as his secretary Violet (Celia Imrie) enters.

Final Mewsings: Cats were woefully under-represented in this film.
