Synopsis: Justin Eagle (voiced by Dale Robertson) is a ranch owner in the old west who doubles as a government agent on the trail of a kidnapped Senator.

Cartoon Cats: As Eagle is riding into a foggy San Francisco, a mama cat is cleaning her kitten.

The shouts of a man and woman fighting somewhere in town causes the mama to pick up her kitten and move it.

Later an orange and white cat is sitting in front of a bait shop.

The cat moves inside where Eagle is questioning the proprietor.

When the man ruins his ship in a bottle by pulling the strings too hard, he yells at Eagle to get out. The cat sits on the windowsill and gives Eagle a nasty look before he leaves.

Finally, a Feed the Kitty tip jar is set up in front of a Chinese singer in a rough bar.
