Synopsis: A frenzied housewife named Marsha (voiced by Bea Benaderet) describes her busy day to her less than sympathetic husband John (voiced by Mel Blanc) in this Merry Melodies animated short.

Cartoon Cat: The first thing Marsha does in the morning is jump out of bed and run around the bedroom shutting all the windows. On the fourth window a gray cat is sleeping on the sill.

Marsha shuts the window on the cat’s tail and the poor feline reacts accordingly, letting out a screech (also by Mel Blanc).

Realizing her mistake Marsha returns to open the window and release the cat’s tail.
